Meet Brady Shaw, Klein Products’ go-to guy for all things engineering. As the Engineering Manager, Brady leads a talented team of project managers, drafters, and clerks, making sure every project runs like a well-oiled machine. With nearly 16 years under his belt at Klein, Brady started as a drafter, moved up to on-highway project manager for 12 years, and now oversees the entire process, bringing ideas to life and delivering them as innovative products shipped around the globe.
Brady’s love for metalwork runs in the family—his grandfather was a welder-fabricator, and Brady grew up amazed at what could be crafted from metal. After stints as an intern drafter for architects and civil engineers during college, Brady found his home at Klein, where his versatility and passion for building unique, innovative equipment make him an invaluable part of the team.
From earning his degree in Industrial Management to climbing the ranks from drafter to Engineering Manager, Brady’s journey is fueled by hard work, good communication, and a whole lot of grit. He’s been part of hundreds of one-of-a-kind builds and takes pride in making Klein’s innovative products stand out.
When he’s not at work, Brady is likely out fishing, hunting, or whipping up something delicious in the kitchen. A proud dad of two with a third on the way, he also loves woodworking and tackling home remodel projects.
