Meet Ann!
Ann Ellis: The Solution to All Problems
As our operations manager, Ann Ellis is the force that keeps Klein Products, California, running smoothly. In addition to serving as the first line of defense for Klein President Barry McManus — much to the disappointment of telemarketers — she also tackles everything from sales and production coordination to IT and facilities management.
Not only does Ann implement IT solutions that streamline our processes and improve our efficiency, but she also helps us achieve our short-term goals — and stay focused on our long-term vision — through her exceptional organization, attention to detail and positive attitude.
Here are just a few of our other favorite things about Ann:
- A proud wife, mom and grandmother, Ann is also known as “Mamoo” — a nickname inspired by her first-born grandchild’s early attempts to say “grandma.”
- Ann has been a member of the Klein Products team for nearly a decade.
- Ann enjoys spending her weekends snuggling with her Maltese puppy, Princess Sofia, (aka Sofie, The Queen of the House) while watching reality television.
- Before she joined Klein Products, Ann taught classes on Microsoft Office and served as director of client services and IT manager for a medical billing company.
“The positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible and achieves the impossible.”
— Winston Churchill
