Klein Products needs talented Welder/Fitters to join our pro team and help grow our company and sustain success.
The successful candidate must be:
- Be comfortable and confident in a truck shop environment.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Be knowledgeable and skillful using all basic shop, hand, and power tools, clamps, jigs, fixtures and other tooling.
- Successfully pass 7-step weld test.
- Have ability to weld in all positions as well as cutting and grinding.
- Clean, prep and set up parts for welding.
- Be able to accurately read and follow work orders and drawings.
- Perform duties as assigned on a daily basis following all safety and policy guidelines.
- Be coachable and willing to learn.
